Lıvıng and Breathıng Our Hıstory
An ambitious and meticulous building and renovation project made this village-within-a-village, overlooking the Pigeon Valley, into a leading Cappadocia luxury accommodation. The remnants of thousands of years remain in the facades of our historic chapel, caravanserai, mill house, caves and tunnels, repurposed and given new life as areas for relaxation as well as celebration.

Benefiting the region, which Argos calls home, is an inherent prerogative that has given fruit in the form of supporting local farmers, suppliers and artisans. A small example is our fermentation room where we store pickled vegetables prepared by local families, a reflection of how indigenous culture is celebrated through the revival of traditional cuisine, handicrafts and heritage.

Sustainability is not just a word at Argos but a passionate undertaking. From growing our own produce and herbs in our garden to using a compost machine, recycling rainwater and being 100% plastic free, we are dedicated to protecting and revitalizing the lands we call home.

Practices of sustainability are constantly fostered and administered with passion to minimize our effect on the natural environment. From rainwater recycling to a no-plastic rule for all amenities, to the lush bloom of our garden, where a large part of our kitchen ingredients is harvested, our connection with nature goes beyond our admiration for Cappadocia’s historic value.
